Case study - European telecoms company

Over an intensive three month period Prestiva helped this company to redesign its network management centre (NMC) around core processes rather than technology. This involved: linking its strategic and commercial imperatives to the detailed design of the NMC, allowing management to have greater visibility of the business via an entirely new suite of performance measures, and designing an organisation based on the ambitions of service delivery, rather than the constraints of legacy technology systems.

Prestiva overcame the initial internal resistance from staff - born out of an ingrained culture that was against change - to deliver a new organisation that was leaner, more productive and performing to a higher standard.

Initial savings of £230k per annum were achieved and subsequent improvements led to an additional increase of 10% in process efficiency - equating to a further £115k saving per annum.
