Prestiva experts leverage customer input, concerns and needs - throughout the implementation process:

- Collaboration, understanding customer data (data tables, confirm data source), preparing and approving a project plan, and conducting project kickoff meetings are key to the plan phase.
- This phase documents and creates data conversions in accordance with Prestiva standard procedures, while accounting for unique customer requirements. Together Prestiva and the customer confirm each procedure per the agreed upon acceptance criteria. Prestiva gets customer approval on scope.
- Prestiva works with the customer to create data conversions, new views of information, reports, other system configurations and extensions that tailor the Prestiva implementation to the customer's unique needs.
- Design is validated during review and final acceptance of the customer's system. Prestiva conducts incremental training for users of the system, including one-on-one, or small group training prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where customers will validate each procedure and final deployment.
- Data is incrementally refreshed and/or entered manually while staging the database. Prestiva will conduct end-user training and execute final automated data conversion routines, achieving customer approval for user training and go-live.
